The Opportunity As a FP&A Tech, OneStream Director, you will lead efforts within our Advisory practice to enhance clients' financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping client engagements. • Leading the development and implementation of financial performance management frameworks to enhance client decision-making processes
• Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational efficiency
• Designing and optimizing technology solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Overseeing multiple projects to align with strategic objectives and improve financial outcomes for clients
