Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong data literacy across Power BI, SQL basics, and modern analytics tools.
Working knowledge of financial reporting and EMR systems; willingness to learn Oracle ERP/EPM and how Epic revenue and clinical data flow into finance reporting.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and reporting.
