  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong data literacy across Power BI, SQL basics, and modern analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting and EMR systems; willingness to learn Oracle ERP/EPM and how Epic revenue and clinical data flow into finance reporting.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and reporting.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, size opportunities quickly, and deliver clear answers under real deadlines. Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
