The Senior Project Manager will work directly with the VP of the company's building division on a large-scale, $40M project, and will also help mentor/train junior staff. Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout. Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project alignment. Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials and resources are delivered as required. Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise during execution. Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction management within the business services industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Track record of leading large scale, ground up, commercial projects ($25M+) Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
