Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager must possess strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work in a team environment and possess good communication skills to manage the accounting department.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with company and accounting standards
• Manage project accounting and job costing, providing insights into profitability and project performance
• Conduct financial and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to drive strategic decision-making

Accounting Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of project accounting with job costing and supervisory experience
