What you'll do Research and advise on technical accounting topics, including GAAP, financial reporting, and SEC matters. Prepareprehensive technical memos, analyses, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolveplex accounting issues. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and audit readiness. Operate as backup support for the financial reporting team. Support internal controls and SOXpliance initiatives. Facilitate coordination with internal and external counsel, as well as external auditors. Skills you will need Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA preferred. 6+ years of growing responsibilities and related experience; public accounting experience is a plus. Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a multi-priority, fast-paced environment and successfully implement change. Strongmunication and analytical skills. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentivepensation program beyond this base pay range. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in thepany's discretionary incentive bonus program.
