Capital planning & capex: Lead the capital expenditure process end to end—prioritization, business-case development, approval routing, and post-investment tracking against plan.
ROI analysis:
Build robust ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses for capital projects and operational initiatives; recommend go/no-go decisions grounded in the numbers.

Manage cross-functional finance projects and initiatives from scoping through delivery—setting timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and holding owners accountable to milestones. Reporting & insight: Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting that turn data into clear, actionable insight for operational and executive audiences.
Continuous improvement:
Identify cost-savings and efficiency opportunities; quantify impact and track realization against committed targets. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally supporting an operations, manufacturing, or supply chain function. ROI/NPV/IRR
analyses. Proven project management skills—able to run cross-functional initiatives to deadline. Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with an ERP and a BI/planning tool (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI). Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders. Preferred MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA. Experience in a multi-site or capital-intensive operating environment. Familiarity with continuous-improvement or Lean/Six Sigma methods. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Planful experience preferred but not required.
