Shift:
First Shift Pennybyrn has an opportunity for a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as a strong, positive attitude with a winning personality! This position requires a self-starter, who loves problem solving, has consistent follow-through, and is able to build relationships with the Senior adults we serve. The position requires in-depth working experience with the management of operations within the Revenue Cycle for Senior Living care. This includes but not limited to assuring timely Billing, assuring timely authorizations, and performing various functions in recording, tracking, and reporting financial information; analyzing department controls, procedures, and daily activities in revenue cycle; and auditing, processing, reporting, and reconciling accounts, projects, month-end and year-end closings. This position must gather and import authorizations, pharmacy charges, rehab, medical supply, oxygen, transportation, clinic, and activities, ensure insurance authorization and verification, Medicare and Medicaid submissions, attend triple check in healthcare, drive the collection process, analyze managed care aged accounts, calculate contractual adjustment amounts, review accounts, complete month-end and year-end closing, resolve account questions, review insurance denials, analyzing and auditing processes and financials, and other functions. This position works on-site, in-person. Salary range from $55-60k annually, depending on experience. Why work with Pennybyrn? Experience and Skills:
Only those candidates who meet the following criteria should apply: Possess complete understanding and execution of revenue cycle, Billing, and management principles. 2. Thorough working knowledge of a Microsoft computer software environment, specifically proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook programs. 3. Working knowledge of specialized Billing/Claims processing software. 4. Ability to meet strict deadlines, perform follow-through, multi-task, and possess extreme attention to detail. 5. Ability to take initiative and be assertive, confident, and willing to accomplish tasks while researching and utilizing resources. 6. Knowledgeable about federal and state regulations and requirements. 7. Builds strong interpersonal relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to read and interpret reports, general business directives, and policy and procedure statements. 9. Possess exceptional basic math skills, including calculations in whole and percentages, averages, and ratios. 10. High level of efficiency and accuracy, attention to detail, and able to analyze large amounts of data.
