09/08/2026 Curtis Lane Equipment is an authorized Bobcat dealer serving Delaware, Virginia, and North Carolina. We offer sales, rental, parts, and service of all Bobcat machines. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with a variety of financial and accounting expertise who thrives working independently as well as with a cohesive team, mostly in our Kernersville, NC office, with limited travel. Job Responsibilities Provides leadership and supervisory oversight of the company's accounting functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax remittance, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepares and oversees financial reporting, internal and external statements Manages operational budgets Monitors variances and investigates deficiencies Oversees tax/legal/regulatory compliance Manages team, assuring continued high-performance outcomes in hiring, retention and employee engagement Serves as liaison with external vendors and auditors Assists CFO in performing annual audit Performs other duties as assigned or required Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting required 3 to 5 years of accounting experience required, at least 1 year of supervisory experience in accounting field Understanding of and ability to adhere to GAAP requirements Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel expertise as well as user/admin experience with payroll systems required; CDK/IntelliDealer experience a plus.
