Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team at Southern Pines Nissan & Kia! As a Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the financing and insurance process. Your expertise in dealership operations, automotive sales, and financial services will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for our customers.Duties:
- Assist customers in securing financing options for vehicle purchases
- Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers
- Review credit applications and determine appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and terms
- Prepare and complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing contracts
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and disclosure requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, finance and management
- Strong knowledge of financial services & ability to run department clean
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with title processing procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
