Step into a leadership role where you will direct daily accounting operations, partner with site executives on tactical planning, and mentor a talented finance team. You will spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation while leveraging data systems to optimize financial performance. Here's what you'll be doing: Directing daily accounting and finance operations, including general ledgers, tax activities, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation. Managing the annual budgeting process, conducting variance reviews, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities. Providing financial leadership and coaching to develop, train, and motivate the site accounting staff. Partnering with executive leadership on tactical planning, vendor evaluations, and audit-firm selection. Ensuring full compliance with GAAP, internal financial controls, and applicable regulatory standards. Here's what our ideal candidate has: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. 5 to 7+ years of broad-based accounting and financial reporting experience. At least 3 years of management or leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy operational environment. Advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal financial controls, financial forecasting, and budgeting. Proficiency with relational databases and enterprise financial systems such as SAP or OneStream.
