Performance-Based Monthly Bonuses End-of-Year Discretionary Bonus Company-Paid Trips & Performance Incentives Company Work Truck Ownership Eligibility after 3 Years of Continuous Service Career Growth & Leadership Development Job Summary The Revenue-Producing Manager is responsible for leading the service department to achieve revenue, profitability, and sales performance goals while coaching and developing technicians into high-performing sales professionals. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational management, requiring active field support, real-time sales coaching, financial oversight, and accountability for departmental performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes, and driving measurable business results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide real-time turnover (T.O.) support to technicians on high-value sales opportunities. Assist technicians in closing complex or high-ticket sales. Maintain an overall department closing rate above 80%. Train technicians on Good, Better, Best option presentations. Conduct weekly sales coaching and role-playing sessions. Increase average revenue ticket to $2,000 or higher. Perform ride-alongs with new hires and underperforming technicians. Conduct weekly one-on-one performance coaching using technician scorecards. Improve technician performance through ongoing mentoring and accountability. Manage department profitability and gross margins. Monitor labor efficiency and material usage. Maintain a department gross margin of at least 55%. Analyze department KPIs and implement improvement strategies. Support technicians in the field as needed. Collaborate with leadership to improve department performance. Promote a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Previous leadership experience managing service, sales, or field teams. Strong experience coaching employees to improve sales performance. Proven track record of increasing revenue and achieving sales goals. Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs. Experience managing departmental profitability and gross margins. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in both the office and the field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or other service-based industries. Experience managing technicians or field service teams. Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience. Experience implementing sales training programs. Background in service operations management. Experience with CRM and field service management software. Work Environment / Schedule Full-Time Combination of office, field, and customer site work. Frequent interaction with technicians throughout the workday. Availability to provide field support during business hours. Fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on coaching and revenue growth. Compensation and Benefits $70,000 annual base salary. Uncapped monthly bonus structure. Monthly KPI bonuses up to $1,000. Revenue accelerator bonus based on department performance. Annual discretionary bonus based on company performance.
