Join a Growing Automotive Team! Nissan of Omaha is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Funding Clerk to support our Finance Department and help ensure vehicle deals are funded quickly and accurately. This is a critical position within the dealership that works closely with Finance Managers, lenders, and accounting staff to review deal paperwork, secure funding, and maintain compliance standards. What You'll Do As our Office Administrator / Funding Clerk, you will: Review completed deal jackets for accuracy and completeness. Verify all required finance and lender documentation is properly signed and included. Submit funding packages to banks and lending institutions. Monitor and track funding status on all deals. Follow up with lenders regarding missing stipulations, funding delays, or contract issues. Work closely with Finance Managers to resolve funding deficiencies. Maintain accurate records and organized deal files. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and lender requirements. Generate funding reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Support the Finance and Accounting teams with day-to-day operations. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Automotive dealership experience. Experience in funding, contracts, title work, accounting, or administrative support. Familiarity with dealership software such as Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or DealerCenter.
