Job Description
Motto Mortgage Top Tier is looking for a Producing Mortgage Branch Manager to lead, grow, and elevate our mortgage operation in Omaha. We are connected to The Briley Team , the #1 real estate team in Nebraska, producing over 1,000 units and $400M+ in annual volume . Our mortgage branch closed $75M in production last year , creating a significant opportunity for the right leader to step in and scale. With strong real estate relationships, existing lead flow, processing support, and the national training/resources of the Motto Mortgage network, this is a rare chance to step into a high-upside leadership role. We are looking for someone who can help take this branch to the next level. This is not a passive management position. We need a leader who can produce, recruit, coach, train, develop, and hold people accountable. Responsibilities Personally originate mortgage loans Lead, coach, and develop Loan Officers Recruit and help grow the mortgage team Build strong relationships with Realtors and referral partners Increase mortgage capture from internal and external opportunities Create accountability around lead follow-up, CRM usage, pipeline management, and production Partner with processors to ensure clean files, strong communication, and on-time closings Help create a high-performance, high-communication mortgage culture What We're Looking For Active NMLS license Mortgage origination experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to recruit, train, and develop Loan Officers Comfortable being visible, accountable, and highly involved Strong Realtor relationship-building ability Organized, responsive, and production-focused Comfortable working in-office in Omaha Nebraska and Iowa licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain Why This Opportunity Is Different This role is connected to one of the strongest real estate ecosystems in the region, with proven production and built-in opportunity.
