full-time PRMG - Got Mortgages is looking for motivated, relationship-driven Mortgage Loan Officers who want more than a place to hang their license. We are building a modern mortgage platform designed to help loan officers grow their production, strengthen their referral relationships, improve efficiency, and create a long-term business. Our team combines the strength and product access of a national direct lender with hands-on local leadership, proven systems, marketing support, technology, coaching, and a collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, attorneys, financial professionals, builders, past clients, and other referral partners. Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation through closing. Analyze income, credit, assets, liabilities, and property information to recommend appropriate financing options. Educate clients on conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, renovation, first-time homebuyer, non-QM, DSCR, and home-equity solutions. Collect and review required documentation to ensure accurate and complete loan submissions. Maintain consistent communication with clients, referral partners, processing, underwriting, and closing teams. Manage an active pipeline and follow up with leads, preapproved borrowers, past clients, and referral partners. Maintain compliance with federal, state, company, and investor lending requirements. Participate in team training, coaching, marketing initiatives, networking opportunities, and business-development activities. Use the team's technology, content, automation, and client-management systems to improve productivity and the borrower experience. Qualifications Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration, or the ability to obtain the required licensing. Mortgage, real estate, banking, financial-services, or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and transactions simultaneously. Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, video, social media, and digital communication. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent client experience. Self-motivated, coachable, accountable, and willing to consistently develop new business. Working knowledge of mortgage products, documentation, compliance, and the loan process is preferred. Compensation This is a commission-based mortgage origination position. Compensation structure and applicable benefits will be discussed based on experience, production history, licensing, and the terms of the employment agreement.
