Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for the daily accounting functions of Midjersey Health Corporation & affiliates (Hunterdon Center for Surgery, Raritan Family Healthcare, and Delaware Valley Office Associates), Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hunterdon Healthcare LLC. Primary Position Responsibilities Preparation of monthly financial statements of all above companies and Midjersey consolidated financial statement including variance analysis. Discuss results with Directors. Provide support for tax returns for applicable entities. Preparation and presentation of financial reporting package for Board of Directors. Biweekly uploads of HSA and 401(k) contributions and prepare annual 401(k) testing information for three entities. Assist Directors in preparation of operating and capital budgets. Review and analyze all new program requests related to the entities. Ensure that all operating leases have current terms and that extensions/renewals are appropriately evaluated. Prepare journal entries and payment requests Reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare certain annual and periodic state filings and benchmark reports Work with auditors to provide support requested Work Contact Group (Internal/External) Midjersey entities, Bridgewater Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hunterdon Healthcare LLC staff, Board members, Administrative staff, HHS department heads, external auditors, tax accountants and banking officers. Bachelor's degree in accounting with 3-5 years of general accounting experience
