Position Overview Hirshmark Capital is seeking an experienced Director of Capital Formation to lead the firm's fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate has personally sourced and raised capital from institutional investors, family offices, registered investment advisors, and high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities Lead the firm's capital raising efforts for current and future investment funds. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting institutional investors, family offices, RIAs, consultants, endowments, foundations, and high-net-worth investors. Coordinate all aspects of the fundraising process, including meetings, due diligence, follow-ups, and closing commitments. Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor meetings, and networking events. Work directly with senior management on fundraising strategy, investor communications, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. At least 5 years of experience directly raising capital for private investment funds, private credit, private equity, real estate, or alternative investment managers. Demonstrated experience successfully raising capital from institutional investors. Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, consultants, and RIAs are strongly preferred. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $250,000-$300,000 plus commission from capital raised. Health insurance.
