Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of automotive financing, including loan processing, transaction structuring, and credit analysis to facilitate seamless deal closures. Manage customer relationships by providing expert guidance on automotive financing options, insurance products, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Title processing requirements, and dealership industry standards. Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, loan documentation, and title transfers with meticulous attention to detail. Utilize financial software systems like CDK to process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all deals. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while adhering to legal and regulatory standards. Perform basic math calculations accurately using 10-key typing skills for credit assessments, payment schedules, and deal structuring. Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the loan approval process, providing exceptional customer service and support. Monitor industry trends in automotive sales regulations and financial services to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. Experience Proven experience in loan officer roles within the automotive or financial services industry, demonstrating strong deal structuring skills. Extensive knowledge of automotive financing processes, including credit analysis, TILA compliance, title processing, and contract management. Familiarity with dealership management software such as CDK or similar platforms for transaction processing. Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation, upselling insurance or financing products effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of automotive sales industry regulations, including finance-specific legal requirements and customer service standards. Experience working with financial regulatory compliance standards related to loans, credit analysis, and transaction documentation. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, ensuring clarity in explaining complex financial options and terms. Ability to perform detailed math calculations accurately under pressure using 10-key typing skills for precise deal structuring.
