Responsibilities:

Support inventory accounting and valuation processes Review reconciliations, reporting, and inventory-related analyses Assist with reserve calculations and variance analysis Partner with cross-functional business teams to support operational initiatives Support month-end close and financial reporting activities Assist with SOX compliance and audit requests Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting or financial operations experience Strong inventory accounting or operational accounting background Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

Retail, wholesale, or consumer goods industry experience SAP or ERP systems experience Prior leadership or supervisory exposure Experience with inventory valuation, reserves, or operational reporting

Compensation:
