We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Investment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background. This role involves evaluating, managing, and optimizing investment portfolios, ensuring the implementation of sound investment strategies, and managing risks to achieve financial goals.

Market Analysis:
Monitor global economic data and assess risk profiles. •
Sales Support:
Collaborate with bankers and financial advisors Develop and implement investment strategies based on thorough analysis of market trends, asset performance, and financial conditions. Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities across various asset classes (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, alternative investments).
Portfolio Management:
Oversee the construction and management of diverse investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon. Continuously monitor portfolio performance, rebalancing, and optimizing for maximum returns while managing risk.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with investment portfolios. Apply risk management models and tools to mitigate potential losses and optimize risk-adjusted returns. Work with senior management to develop strategies to minimize financial risk in accordance with market conditions.
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, market cycles, and new investment opportunities. Stay updated on global financial news, economic reports, and other developments that may impact investments.
Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and corporate governance in managing client portfolios and investment activities. Prepare compliance reports and ensure that all investment activities are fully compliant with local and international regulations.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
MBA in Investment or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. MS in Portfolio Management or a similar qualification, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field. •
Experience:
1 to 3+ years working in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations. • Proven experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or related financial services roles. Hands-on experience with investment tools, risk assessment models, and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.). Familiarity with financial products across equity, debt, commodities, and alternative investments.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategies. Expertise in risk management techniques and tools (e.g., Value at Risk, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.). Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Certifications (Preferred): CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification is a plus.
