Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000+ Base +
Commission Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their personal and collective goals Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our firm's vision and drive business growth Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with excellence Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Collaborate with the leadership team to recruit and onboard top-tier talent, enhancing our firm's capabilities Oversee client meetings and business development activities, ensuring high-impact outcomes Utilize proven marketing strategies to generate leads and expand your personal book of business and that of your team members
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a sales leadership role Active life/health insurance license and relevant securities licenses (or willingness to obtain) Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others Self-motivated with a passion for growth, both personally and as a leader Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Desire to build something bigger than yourself and leave a lasting impact Proven track record of success in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related industry About Company Our mission is clear: To Do Good in our communities and for the families we serve.
