Liccardi Ford is seeking an experienced, high-performing Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our dynamic team at our flagship location in Watchung, New Jersey. As a long-standing, family-owned dealership with over 70 years of excellence, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, high-volume sales, and a supportive work environment. Position Overview You will be the key finance expert guiding customers through vehicle financing, leasing, and protection products while maximizing dealership profitability. This is a high-earning opportunity for a motivated closer who excels in compliance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Present and sell financing, leasing, extended warranties, GAP insurance, service contracts, and other F&I products to new and used vehicle customers. Structure deals to meet lender guidelines while securing competitive rates for customers. Submit and manage credit applications with multiple lenders for fast approvals. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies (including RISC, Truth-in-Lending, and OFAC). Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and CSI scores. Maintain accurate records and timely funding of all contracts. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty and referrals.
