FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Reference base salary between $100K and $120K + Bonus + Benefits The F&A Manager will monitor and implement the business strategy and support the economic efficiency and healthy growth of the organization, covering all the day-by-day and tactical activities in accounting, reporting, tax management, financial planning, budgeting, and control. He/She will also oversee IT systems and / HR administration/benefits/payroll management. The Finance and Administration Manager must be deeply engaged with the rest of the Team on the day-by-day challenges, and contribute as a trusted advisor to the Plant Manager and the HQ. The position reports a dotted line to the Plant Manager USA, and a solid line to the Group CFO. The candidate must have a minimum 5/10 years of working experience, excellent organizational skills, IT (ERP-SAP), and a solid financial/administration/controlling/reporting background. An important requirement is a problem-solving attitude and a global mindset. A previous experience in change management and start-up, cultural integration is a must. Strong analytical, high integrity, and ethical standards. Most importantly, the candidates must be both strategic and hands-on; they must be strongly attracted to the opportunity to participate in building a company from scratch and be eager to put their knowledge and experience to use without losing interest or motivation due to the initially limited size of the company. The position is based in Woolwich Township, NJ, 100% on-site and requires US work authorization
