POSITION DESCRIPTION
Qcells Home Energy Solutions is seeking a seasoned solar operations professional to lead and manage its installation partner network. The Partner Manager will own the full partner lifecycle—from sourcing and vetting to onboarding, performance management, and ongoing support. This role is responsible for building a high-performing partner network and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships that drive operational excellence and partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in residential solar operations, strong analytical capability, and a proven ability to improve partner performance, streamline processes, and lead in a fast-paced environment. This position can be based in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule determined by the hiring manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner Network Development & Management Source and onboard new installation partners across existing markets and expansion regions Evaluate and vet partners to ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and certifications Build and maintain a high-performing, scalable partner network Onboarding, Training & Support Lead onboarding and training on Qcells systems, tools, and processes Provide ongoing training and support to drive efficiency and alignment Continuously refine processes to improve partner productivity Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Conduct regular QBRs and KPI reviews with partners Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans Ensure adherence to operational standards and industry best practices Relationship Management & Issue Resolution Serve as the primary contact for partner escalations and disputes Manage and resolve payment-related issues Build strong, long-term partner relationships Operational & Strategic Support Maintain accurate partner records to ensure compliance and audit readiness Support new product rollouts and stakeholder communication Provide insights on partner performance, risks, and market conditions Drive continuous improvement across partner management processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4-5+ years of experience with 2-4+ years in residential solar operations or partner management Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage relationships Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights and strategy Process-driven mindset with focus on scalable solutions Ability to translate strategy into execution in a high-growth environment Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
