This role involves assisting in financial reporting, managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Generate periodic financial reports for management review and decision-making. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Support internal and external audits, reviews, and tax preparation processes. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records, ensuring proper documentation. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Financial Operations & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and financial documentation. Update financial spreadsheets, ledgers, and systems with current data. Issue invoices and ensure proper tracking of all financial transactions. Process requisitions and other financial forms while verifying account balances. Compliance & Policy Management Review and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in updating and improving internal financial controls and processes. Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies. Advise teams on best practices related to financial procedures and compliance. Provide financial insights to support budgeting and operational decisions. Payroll & Administrative Support Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain payroll records and address employee queries related to compensation.
