Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job DescriptionJob Description Hope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond. We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to own the full lifecycle of revenue operations across all of our locations and entities. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.

What you will do:

Manage end-to-end insurance claim submissions across all Hope Neurological locations, including VNG, surgical, and multi-state entities Maintain detailed revenue tracking logs by visit type and entity; follow up on outstanding payments and remittances Oversee billing staff work for accuracy; resolve billing errors and communicate directly with providers on corrections Administer the Silicon Mesa EHR system, including deletion access, payer setup, and data integrity Process and pay all invoices across locations via ACH, check, and online portals Handle all incoming mail, check deposits, and weekly FedEx coordination Manage 20 to 30 or more emails daily covering billing, records, and vendor communications Participate in weekly ICS billing and reconciliation meetings What we are looking for: 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or financial administration 5+ years specifically within the healthcare industry Experience managing billing operations across multiple entities or locations Hands-on EHR or practice management system experience at an admin level Strong attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent workflows under deadline Valid driver's license; ability to perform recurring local errands (bank, post office, FedEx) Availability for occasional evening and weekend processing as needed Company DescriptionHope Neurological & Medical Services is a growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering specialized neurological and medical care across Georgia, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond.
