Over time the company has grown to 30 employees strong. Triple S is a family business operating with family values that provides affordable wholesale fishing tackle to businesses primarily in the northeast United States and Canada.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing Team member responsible for Accounts Payable and Daily Banking
  • Working with outsourced HR provider
  • Development and administration of all accounting processes
  • Direct responsibility for General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Payroll & Benefit Tracking and Coordination of employee benefit offering
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivables and posting receivables in SAP
  • Managing customer credit, establishing credit limits, and conducting credit assessments
  • Risk mitigation
  • Prepare year-end financial statements
  • Collections
  • Manage all company expenses
  • Tax filings and coordination with outside CPA
  • Keep Triple S compliant while minimizing tax liability
  • Ensure all bank requirements are being met Dealer Trade Show-Manage Show order process and help with registration and documentation
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in an accounting leadership position Minimum AAS in business or accounting, BS preferred Strong math skills Strong bookkeeping skills Proficient using Excel Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP Business One Trustworthy Strategic thinker
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $65-75K depending on experience, plus bonus. Full benefits, including seven paid holidays, one week of sick / personal time, two weeks of vacation time increasing to four weeks over time, 401K, Profit Sharing, Employee discount, Health insurance with company contribution, life, dental and disability option available. This is an on-site position but does have a somewhat flexible schedule.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
