Occupational Summary:
The Finance Manager will work with the Sales team to create an extraordinary customer experience. This role is responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products on new and used vehicles while adhering consistently to the processes in place to maintain compliance with regulations and the highest ethical standards.
Salary:
This is a fully commission based pay plan. Pay range is $130,000
  • $180,000 / year
Hours:
5 day work week, Saturdays required Must be able to work and have availability Monday
  • Saturday 9am
  • 7pm Automotive Finance Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years
  • Experience with customer CRM's Practical problem solving ability Ability to teach/train/develop team members.
Valid in-state driver's license. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written. Math skills to be able to calculate interest; discounts; commissions Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and PC.
