(F&I) MANAGER Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Batavia, NY $85,000-$125,000 Annual Earning Potential Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission & Bonuses Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership in Batavia, NY.Our sales volume is growing, we've added new leadership to our sales team, and we're looking for the right F&I professional to help us take the next step. What You'll Do Manage all aspects of the dealership's F&I process Secure competitive financing and structure deals with our lending partners Present financing options and F&I products professionally and transparently Sell vehicle service contracts, GAP and other protection products Develop and maintain strong lender relationships Maximize F&I gross while maintaining an excellent customer experience Ensure all deals meet dealership, lender, manufacturer and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate paperwork and funding Work closely with our Sales Manager and sales team to maximize deliveries and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Automotive dealership F&I experience strongly preferred Proven ability to produce F&I gross and maintain strong product penetration Knowledge of dealership financing, lender programs and compliance Strong closing, communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with both prime and non-prime customers Professional, ethical and customer-focused approach CDJR/Stellantis experience is a plus, but not required Compensation$85,000-$125,000 annual earning potential Compensation consists of base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses . Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, individual performance and dealership performance.
