Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and key schedules Support audits, tax processes, and external reporting requirements Assist M&A team with acquisition integration Oversee cash, bank reconciliations, intercompany activity, and fixed assets Support team development, training, and accountability Partner with AP, AR, and payroll functions to ensure smooth operations Accounting department lead for ERP systems Lead and coordinate the monthly close process across a multi-entity environment Process improvement lead Assist Director of Finance with financial statements Oversee all software implementations

Experience Needed:

Accounting staff managerial experience Experience with month-end close and financial reporting Oversight of complex accounting processes Ability to handle day-to-day accounting when necessary Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP/accounting systems Successful experience improving internal controls Strong knowledge of GAAP Multiple entity and high-volume experience Why is This a
