Onsite - Buffalo, NY Our team in Commercial OEM Finance is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them. To be considered for Finance Business Partner, here's what you'll need to bring with you: Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheets, advanced functions, and financial modeling Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer-centric relationships As a Finance Business Partner, you will: Partner closely with Program Directors, Program Managers, Engineering, and Planning leaders to understand strategic objectives and support execution of program commitments Develop program financial metrics and KPIs, monitor performance against commitments, and drive accountability for achieving financial objectives Support program forecasting, estimates at completion (EACs), cost performance monitoring, and risk and opportunity assessments Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, reporting, and financial review processes Analyze financial results and prepare monthly and quarterly reports with variance analysis against forecast, plan, budget, and prior periods Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics that improve visibility into program performance and key financial drivers Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to improve processes, communications, and reporting effectiveness Support annual budgeting activities and provide financial analysis for special projects, business cases, and investment evaluations Present financial insights and recommendations to functional leaders through reports, presentations, and meetings Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and automate manual reporting activities How we care for you:

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $140,000.00-$175,000.00 Annually Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
