Position Title:
Manager, Treasury and Corporate Finance Position Summary The Manager, Treasury and Corporate Finance leads a team of crewmembers who are responsible for capital structure strategy including debt origination, share repurchase programs, cash management, investments, liquidity planning and treasury digitization. Essential Responsibilities Evaluate, develop and execute optimal capital structure for JetBlue
Lead sourcing, negotiation and execution process for all financing transactions, including debt, lease, secured, unsecured and other capital markets transactions
Evaluate financing alternatives, transaction structures, pricing, covenants, collateral requirements and other key terms to support capital raising decisions
Manage the short- and long-term cash flow forecast and align with internal stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with banking partners, financing institutions and rating agencies
Assess investment options and execute cash investments within policy guidelines
Oversee day-to-day cash functions including disbursements and bank account management
Build and monitor the department's annual budget and recurring forecasts in partnership with internal stakeholders
Develop presentations for senior leadership and board of directors
Ensure internal and external audit compliance of all Treasury and Corporate Finance policies
Develop Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement
Other duties as assigned Minimum Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience
Five (5) years of finance related experience
Two (2) years of leadership experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication including interactions with executive leadership
Available for occasional travel (10%)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Preferred Experience and Qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Two (2) years of treasury experience, especially TMS implementation
Two (2) years previous airline finance experience
Two (2) years of prior experience in capital intensive industries, particularly asset purchasing and financing
Crewmember Expectations:
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue's Safety Management System
Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
Responsible for ensuring crewmembers have requisite training, resources and support to achieve safety objectives
The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is between $114,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include performance bonuses, restricted stock units, as well as access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more. #LI-LL1 #LI-Hybrid
