Summary:
The Branch Manager manages a retail Credit Union branch that develops and grows customer relationships, promotes products and services, and delivers efficient operations. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a group of Credit Union professionals to achieve organizational goals for sales, service and operational excellence Education and/or
Experience:
HS Diploma required Minimum five years' experience in consumer banking/financial services required Minimum of three to four years' banking leadership experience required Good experience and knowledge of function and department processes required Notary Public license required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external Spanish speaking language preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees daily branch opening, closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities Schedules, manages, and trains branch staff to maintain the required service coverage. Ensures staff understands and follows all company policies and procedures to maintain required security, operational, and service quality standards Accountable for financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals for the branch Resolves customer or operations issues Coordinates with other Credit Union teams to promote products and represent the Credit Union in the community Develops and executes integrated sales, relationship strategies that are aligned with Teachers' priorities, execute a business plan to achieve expected goals in all business categories Supports portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase member acquisition and ensure members receive optimal service and monitor/adhere to operational controls Develops strong partnership routines with business partners (Mortgage Loan Officers, Lending Specialists, Investment Advisors and others) to share the value of Teachers Federal Credit Union's membership Utilizes various systems to access financial, and production reports to assess branch performance and to make business decisions to promote profitability as well as the achievement of goals. Oversees daily operations of the branch, including but not limited to daily and monthly branch audits Ensures compliance with Teachers Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
