Work you'll do As an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the planning, design, and execution of project initiatives across all associated workstreams. This role plays a key part in package selection processes, partnering with stakeholders to scrutinize business value opportunities and ensure business case objectives are realized. Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementations across large, complex programs, including oversight of multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams Advise clients on package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to align business requirements with enterprise transformation objectives Partner with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program leaders to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution Oversee key phases of delivery, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment support Build and maintain senior client relationships, mentor teams, and support business development, practice development, and Oracle offering growth A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to operate independently while driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, clients, and project teams Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work products Ability to build, manage, and sustain strong professional and client relationships Ability to lead projects, workstreams, and teams in alignment with business and program objectives Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and professional executive presence Ability to meet deadlines and drive execution across competing priorities Ability to coach, mentor, and provide clear guidance to junior team members and emerging leaders The team Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice is at the forefront of cloud transformation. Qualifications Required:
Functional implementation experience on 5+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations. 12+ years' experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules Experience leading systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for Oracle implementations Experience on Oracle implementation projects with total project value exceeding $5 million Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
Demonstrated executive-level autonomy in managing complex initiatives and competing priorities across large, multi-functional teams. Superior communication and influence skills, including the ability to convey business and technology strategies through compelling presentations using MS Visio and PowerPoint. Advanced analytical acumen, with a proven record of navigating and resolving multifaceted business and technical challenges. Extensive leadership experience overseeing the lifecycle of Oracle application deployments, including strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. Advanced degree in a relevant field. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 -$322,100 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
