We are seeking a Finance Manager to support financial oversight, reporting, and strategic analysis across the business. This role will work closely with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and executive leadership to provide financial visibility, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making. The Finance Manager will translate financial data into operational insights, helping leadership identify margin opportunities, cost drivers, and areas for improved operational and financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Jasmine's production, distribution, purchasing, and inventory operations
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting, utilizing ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate data, visibility, and operational insight
• Analyze COGS, margins, labor costs, and operational expenses, including product and SKU profitability, to support pricing decisions and overall margin performance
• Develop and maintain product pricing models and product-level P&L analysis to support leadership in pricing decisions and margin management
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and healthy cash flow
• Partner with operations, purchasing, and warehouse teams to improve inventory visibility, cost tracking, and financial accuracy, including monitoring inventory valuation, cost variances, and waste trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, assisting leadership with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Identify and recommend margin improvement opportunities, cost savings, and operational efficiencies that strengthen profitability and support sustainable business growth Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Ability to translate financial data into clear operational insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment where financial insights support day-to-day business decisions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate across departments including operations, purchasing, and warehouse teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to leadership Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Experience in financial analysis, cost control, or operational finance Experience working in distribution, food service, restaurant, or warehouse environments Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting, and inventory management platforms What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work closely with operations and executive leadership Stable full-time role within a growing organization Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off
