Accounting Manager:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, cash management, and general ledger activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budget variance analyses. Manage grant tracking, restricted funds, and financial reporting for donors and funding agencies. Lead annual budgeting and assist with audit and Form 990 preparation. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Mentor and develop accounting staff while supporting cross-functional financial initiatives. Accounting Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of accounting experience Knowledge of nonprofit GAAP, fund accounting, and grant compliance preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. #
