Accounting Manager $100K

  • Established company with a strong trajectory Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes , ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Manage and mentor accounting staff (or be positioned to step into leadership) Strengthen internal controls and process improvements Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Public accounting background is a plus (not required) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Desire and capability to grow into a leadership role (Controller/Director track) Proactive mindset with the ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
