Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. We provide leads! In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mortgage products, and requirements. Remote options are available for the right candidates. Duties Comfortable dialing out on provided leads. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough credit analysis. Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, explaining terms, conditions, and potential outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting mortgage lending. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations throughout the loan process. Provide ongoing support to clients during the loan lifecycle, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Experience Proven experience in financial services or as a loan officer is preferred. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments. Successfully passed SAFE. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
