Active Learning, Attention to Detail, Decision Making Agency Overview Job Duties Financial Program Manager, PN 20064695 What you will do: Manage and coordinate multiple programs within the Division of Finance, Purchasing Section (e.g., Payment Card, Voyager Fleet Card, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)) with significant autonomy to formulate, develop, enforce, and/or implement program policy. Provide work direction, technical expertise, and training to the Purchasing Section & District Fiscal staff across the agency. Utilize computer and related software to build custom financial reports and ensure adherence to agency purchasing policies and procedures. Research and respond to inquiries and issues. Serve as program liaison with Office of Budget and Management relating to payment card program (e.g., payment card transactions, approvals, process flows, ODOT requisitions and RFQs).
