As a leader in the automotive world, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers to offer financing options and present suitable finance and lease programs. Review customer credit applications and work with financial institutions to secure loans. Provide guidance on terms, payments, and lending processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle transactions. Prepare accurate and timely financial documentation and contracts. Maintain knowledge of current lending practices and industry regulations. Meet or exceed monthly finance and sales goals. Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive finance or a related field (3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of finance and leasing options, dealership operations, and financial regulations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficient in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, RouteOne). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
