Target Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 Key Responsibilities for theCost Accounting Manager:
- Lead product costing analysis across materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
- Develop and enhance costing methodologies, reporting, and forecasting models.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, identify savings opportunities, and support operational improvements.
- Manage inventory costing, reserve methodologies, cycle counts, and month-end reconciliations.
- Deliver margin, variance, and PVMC analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Cost Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience required
- Strong experience with standard costing, average costing, and activity-based costing methodologies.
- ERP experience required; manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred.
