Salary:
$130,000 – $150,000

Target Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Cost Accounting Manager:
  • Lead product costing analysis across materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.
  • Develop and enhance costing methodologies, reporting, and forecasting models.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, identify savings opportunities, and support operational improvements.
  • Manage inventory costing, reserve methodologies, cycle counts, and month-end reconciliations.
  • Deliver margin, variance, and PVMC analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications for the
Cost Accounting Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 3+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience required
  • Strong experience with standard costing, average costing, and activity-based costing methodologies.
  • ERP experience required; manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred.
