full-time Are you prepared to explore the possibilities? The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company seeks a dynamic and experienced Financial Services Staff Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of financial representatives, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support necessary to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals. As a Staff Manager, you will: Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, assuming accountability for achieving the sales goals established for your staff or agency. Deliver training that enhances the skills and knowledge of your financial representative staff by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed. Set performance goals and track progress to ensure alignment with company objectives. Work closely with financial representatives to develop and maintain strong client relationships, assisting in resolving client issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

A State Life and Health Insurance license is required. Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required). Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales. Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
