Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Accounting Manager What You'll Do Lead and execute month-end close processes within a tight 2.5-day cycle. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements . Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls . Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis . Collaborate with operations on cost accounting and inventory management . Drive process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with the Controller and leadership team to align financial operations with business objectives. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. What We're Looking For 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment . Strong analytical skills—beyond traditional accounting tasks. Expertise in month-end close , cost accounting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment .
