Duties Guide customers through the financing and insurance process, explaining options clearly and confidently Structure auto loan transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all federal and state regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and automotive industry standards Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility, leveraging financial software and credit reports effectively Negotiate loan terms with clients to secure favorable deals while maintaining compliance with loan regulations Manage loan processing from application to approval, including title processing and contract preparation Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and other dealership services to enhance customer value Maintain excellent client communication throughout the sales process, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional customer service Ensure adherence to all financial regulatory requirements and dealership policies, including documentation accuracy and data entry using industry-standard software like CDK Skills Proven experience in automotive sales industry regulations, financial services, or loan officer roles with a strong understanding of credit analysis and transaction structuring Exceptional negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and deal closing Deep knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, title processing, and related legal requirements such as TILA compliance Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., CDK) along with basic math skills including 10-key typing for efficient data entry Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, explaining complex financial concepts clearly and confidently Familiarity with dealership operations, including deal structuring, contract management, and compliance with automotive sales regulations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in loan processing and documentation Up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and best practices for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws Embark on a rewarding career that combines your passion for automobiles with your talent for finance!
