Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll oversight, compliance initiatives, and internal controls. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting business decisions, improving processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights to leadership while contributing to strategic planning and operational success. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting, and financial analysis. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and vendor payments. Assist with payroll review, employee incentive calculations, and related reporting. Maintain internal controls and support compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory requirements. Monitor purchasing and inventory-related activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and financial performance. Provide financial insights and reporting to support management decision-making. Assist with employee training, safety initiatives, and administrative recordkeeping as needed. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, finance, or related experience preferred. Experience with financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity. Manufacturing, inventory accounting, and professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are preferred but not required. #Ind1
