Accounting Manager

NEW Accounting Manager (Healthcare) Opportunity - Tulsa, Oklahoma We're hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and oversee a team within a complex healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader with hands-on accounting expertise and a passion for process improvement.

8:00am-4:30pm (exempt; 40+ hours/week)

Comp:

Starting at $91,020+ (based on experience) Relocation assistance may be available

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, cash, fixed assets, reconciliations) Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness Lead month-end/year-end close and ensure data integrity Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Coordinate annual audits and prepare required documentation Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 staff Improve processes, controls, and accounting systems Partner cross-functionally to support financial reporting and initiatives

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Supervisory/leadership experience required Strong reconciliation and financial reporting background Advanced Excel skills; Microsoft 365 proficiency Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to

Have:

Healthcare accounting experience (preferred, not required) CPA (a plus)
