We are seeking an experienced, customer focused Finance Manager to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram store. The ideal candidate must be driven, ethical and passionate about helping customers secure financing while maximizing dealership profitability through finance and insurance products. Responsibilities Assist customers in obtaining vehicle financing that meets their needs. Present and explain finance, warranty GAP, maintenance, and protection products. Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive financing options. Ensure all finance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations. Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. Achieve monthly finance and product goals. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Stay current on lending programs, compliance requirements, and dealership policies. Skills 2 to 4 years of related experience. Ability to set and achieve target goals. Ability to drive exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and organization skills. Proficient in dealership management software Ability to work in fast paced environment. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
