CarShop, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance Manager (F&I) to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience through vehicle financing and aftermarket product sales. What You'll Do As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales process and helping customers secure financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Present financing options and assist customers in securing competitive vehicle financing Facilitate the sale of aftermarket products and protection plans Ensure all financing and related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently Partner closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales and customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners Ensure compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process Support dealership goals while maintaining the integrity and culture that define CarShop Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Previous automotive F&I or automotive finance experience preferred Proven track record of achieving strong performance results Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound decisions while balancing efficiency and attention to detail Organized, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and ethical business practices Positive attitude with a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement Ability to maintain professionalism and confidence under pressure Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Accelerate Your Career? Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Account or Finance or equivalent; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations) AFIP Certification is preferred but not required
