A hands-on leader, the Finance Manager / Controller will be responsible for Aero-Tech's financial planning and reporting, generation of monthly financial statements, forecasting, budget preparation and cash management. Additionally, this position will also lead human resources initiatives such as benefit administration, payroll, and handbook administration. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, required A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial or accounting related position, necessary.
