full-time FP&A Analyst - Up to $95k + bonus Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring an Industrial FP&A Analyst to serve as a key finance partner to its U.S. manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys getting beyond the numbers and working directly with plant leadership and operations to improve financial and production performance.

Onsite Responsibilities:
Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, inventory, and production variances Track Yield and OEE across 7 production lines Own monthly financial reporting and plant cost-center analysis Compare actuals vs. budget and identify key cost drivers Build financial dashboards and reporting tools Present findings and recommendations directly to plant leadership Partner cross-functionally with
Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance Requirements:
3-5 years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, plant finance, or industrial FP&A experience Strong understanding of manufacturing costs and variance analysis Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
