This leadership role reports to the Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer is based in our Philadelphia Corporate Office and offers high visibility across the organization. While centered in Philadelphia, this position offers the opportunity to engage with our diverse portfolio through travel throughout North America. Your Growth Path Senior Director•
Vice President Your Focus Executive Partnership & Corporate Strategy:
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, preparing high-level materials, conducting ad hoc analysis, and managing time-sensitive projects. Drive the company's corporate finance, strategy, planning, and analysis functions to support long-term organizational goals. Evaluate capital structure optimization and collaborate with executive leadership on critical capital allocation analysis and decisions.
Transaction & Portfolio Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end process and due diligence for M&A activities, recapitalizations, refinancings, and loan modifications. Track entity-level cash flows across the investment portfolio and proactively identify capital allocation priorities.
Senior Relationship Management:
Work closely with the executive team on major corporate presentations, shareholder communications, and board meeting materials. Manage existing corporate lender relationships and maintain ongoing communication, including ad hoc updates and quarterly reporting. Support executive leadership in driving major organizational initiatives across various departments.
Compliance & Reporting:
Oversee compliance and reporting functions for shareholders and corporate loans, coordinating with accounting personnel to ensure all financial reporting requirements are met. Manage capital and cash planning for the investment portfolio and assist with the annual corporate budgeting process and monthly forecasting. Your Background and Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or a comparable professional services role at a top-tier institution. Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives. Strong communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or Real Estate required; an MBA is preferred.
